Matt kicked off his directing career at the notorious creative collective The Glue Society - a place where “normal” ideas go to die and big, weird ones thrive. Over more than a decade there, he honed his craft across commercials, branded content, music videos and short films.

He’s collected a decent haul of international awards for both thinking up ideas (as a Creative Director) and making them actually look good (as a Director). These include multiple British D&AD Awards and enough Cannes Lions to fill a couple of overhead bins.
